Returns and Refund Policy

At Marc Brickman, each artwork is created and delivered with care and intention. Due to the nature of artistic works and installations, we encourage customers to review all details carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Returns are not accepted for online purchases. Returns may be considered only through an in-store visit, subject to review and approval.

To be eligible for consideration, the request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date. All return requests outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return Consideration

If a return is reviewed in-store, the following conditions must be met:

  • The artwork must be in its original condition
  • The item must show no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to customer handling or improper care.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all artworks, installations, and customized pieces are considered non-returnable. This includes any items damaged after delivery or installation.

Exchanges

Product exchanges are not available.

Refunds

Cash or card refunds are not offered.
If a return is approved through an in-store visit, customers will receive a store credit only, which may be used toward a future purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved store credits will be issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Store credit issuance timelines may vary depending on the nature of the artwork.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us promptly with supporting documentation. Damage caused after delivery or due to customer handling is not eligible for return or credit.
